Buyer is responsible for the removal of the structure from the ground/loading/moving/packing needed for removal of auctioned item(s). Please plan accordingly for the removal of these items, as no assistance from LPSS will be provided
1 Lot Consisting of Approximately 1 Playground structure with various steps, ladders, steps, slides etc.(carpet included) - All contents of this sale/lot must be removed in its entirety. Buyer must arrange removal, disassembly and transportation. Buyer assumes all damages to the equipment during removal, disassembly and transportation of ALL the property in the lot. No Assistance will be provided. Items to be removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate
Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. No guarantee as to the safety or ability to use in the future for its intended purpose. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
