Up for bid is one (1) First Pitch ball thrower. Unit was in working condition when taken out of service. Selling "As Is"
We do not ship, and cannot accept a prepaid label. All winning bidders are responsible for picking up their purchase(s) personally, or by a third party of their choice that holds a signed Authorization of Release form. Said third party will be responsible for packing, securing and shipping item(s). TCS is not responsible for packaging and/or shipping any sold item(s). We are happy to work with buyers by setting up a date and time for pick-up of their purchase(s) at their convenience.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
