Up for bid is a 1972 Swisscraft fiberglass boat with Johnson 115 outboard motor and trailer. The boat and trailer are located at the City of Oregon Municipal complex located at 5330 Seaman Rd., Oregon, OH 43616, and must be picked up at this location. The trailer tires do hold air, but it is unknown if the trailer is safe and roadworthy to travel any significant distance. It is suggested that the boat and trailer should be removed on a flatbed due to the unknown roadworthiness condition.

The interior of the boat is in very poor condition and has been sitting out in the open without a cover for multiple years. The condition of the outboard motor is also unknown and there is no information on the last time the motor was started. Due to this, the motor is being designated as non-running and for parts only.

The boat does have a clean State of Ohio title that will be signed over to the buyer upon payment.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
