1 ton overhead crane. Like new. CM 1 ton chain hoist. All works as it should. Jusst dropped it dowm to get the hoist info. The A frame is 12'5" High, 11"8" inside width, 12'4.5" wide. It is 8. High collapsed. It rolls fine (unloaded). We can help load or take appart for transport. It would roll on a small tilt deck.
Must be picked up on time or get prior approval for extral time.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
