The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

Special Instructions The Beta Sole Foundation management will consider a bidder's request for the facility to hold their winning LOT #(s) for a later removal date; however, consideration will only be made once payment for the winning LOT #(s) has been received and confirmed by the Beta Sole staff. ALL winning buyers need to BE AWARE: If the Beta Sole staff confirms to hold their winning LOT #(s), a "DAILY STORAGE FEE of $50.00" will be applied and made retroactive on each winning LOT # if not removed after ten (10) Days from the auction end date. If the winning bidder fails to remove their items from Beta Sole after twenty five (25) days from the auction end date, all items are considered abandoned and immediately become the property of Beta Sole. No refunds will be implemented or considered. NOTICE: PLEASE BE AWARE DUE TO SCALE VARIANCES, ALL WEIGHTS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ESTIMATES ONLY! GAYLORD BOXES & PALLETS: All Corregated boxes and pallets are property of Beta Sole and must not be cut or destroyed. If this occurs the buyer is responsible for the payment of $40 per box and pallet. All buyers that do not adhere to this clause will be locked from future bidding with GovDeals. Any box or pallet that is removed from the Beta Sole facility must be paid for before it is loaded into the buyer's vehicle. The gaylord cost is $50 and the pallet is $25 plus a 5% Fee. The buyer may purchase one or both items. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions the winning sale will be voided and your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. RECOVERED ITEMS: There is a possibility that some of these products were reported lost or missing by the original owner; however there will be no refunds or exchanges given for these recovered items. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, quality, operability, repairability or fitness for any purpose of items offered for sale. All Items are sold “AS IS”. Items are not mechanically checked or inspected prior to placement into the sale. While every effort has been made to dispose of brand-name counterfeits there is no claim to the authenticity or value of any item. If the successful buyer has reason to believe the item is counterfeit, they must notify someone at the facility prior to leaving the premises. The item in question will be immediately destroyed with no further investigation into the authenticity and no adjustment/refund will be made to the amount paid for the lot. Please note that after the winning bid is made, no refunds or exchanges will be given and all sales are final.
