BUYERS MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! If you do not have an appointment, you cannot pick up your item. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED! BUYER MUST PROVIDE any necessary items for removal of purchase up to and including extra help to carry, load, disassemble, etc; and also any tools (i.e. screwdriver, wrench, two-wheeled cart, straps, etc.) needed for removal as WE DO NOT PROVIDE THESE ITEMS FOR YOU! ALL SALES BECOME FINAL UPON REMOVAL OF THE ITEM(S) FROM THE SELLER'S PROPERTY Guaranty Waiver.
