Up for auction is a 2012 John Deere Bunker Rake 1200a. No visible oil leaks. This unit comes equipped with a key start and choke. The unit starts, runs and operates as intended. The body has scratches with prominent cracks in the left rear fender and small holes in the right rear fender as seen in the pictures. The unit has always been stored indoors and was removed from regular service in 2025 as part of a normal replacement cycle. This is being sold AS-IS with service records available upon request.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please contact Matt Dziubinski at (847) 956-6773 or mdziubinski@mppd.org to schedule an inspection. Inspections can be made Monday-Friday from 7:30AM-3:30PM, excluding legal holidays. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times.

PAYMENT

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
