Segue abaixo cronograma do processo: Prazo
1. Envio do contrato de compra e venda para análise e assinatura Em até 1 dia após o fechamento
2. Transferência do valor do pagamento pelo provedor Em até 1 dia após o fechamento
3. Solicitar ao Fiscal a emissão da nota de lançamento do lote Em até 1 dia após o fechamento
4. Separação física (feito); -
4. Recolha de lotes pelo provedor. Obs: O lote será carregado durante todo o dia (manhã e tarde). Em até 5 dias após o fechamento do lote
5. Itens do XD podem sofrer uma variação no volume de 5% para mais ou menos em quantidade; -
6. 1 Truck (08 gaylords) -
7. Reforço que é expressamente proibido pelo Meli o carregamento em caminhões Sider e caminhões com plataforma. -
8. Provedor que estiver com alguma pendência junto ao Meli, as ofertas serão desconsideradas até sua regularização. -
9. Para este lote será necessário o envio do laudo de destinação: 60 dias. -

2.7. A COMPRADORA declara e concorda que poderá haver diferença, tanto para mais como menos, da quantidade dos Produtos contidos em referido lote, não podendo essa diferença ultrapassar o limite de 5% (cinco por cento).
2.7.1. Caso seja constatada a diferença, inferior ou superior a 5% (cinco por cento), a COMPRADORA deverá informar a VENDEDORA sobre a divergência em até 24 (vinte e quatro) horas, do pagamento e recebimento do lote dos produtos.
Caso o envio da comunicação não seja feito no prazo, a divergência será considerada aceita pela COMPRADORA.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within two (2) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the two (2) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
