Chair details:
Acton Stacker® – Arm & Armless Models can stack:
Up to 26 high without upholstery on our cart
Up to 18 high with upholstery on our cart
5-6 high on the floor
Frame is reinforced tubular steel in chrome
Seat and back are polypropylene
Dimensions: W:20” D:21 1/2” H:30 1/2”, Seat Height:17”
Weight Capacity: 300 lbs.
Total Chair Weight: 13 lbs
Chair dollies are still available for purchase online through retailers.
Glides are high-density copolymer for use on hard or carpeted surfaces. For any missing ones, additional glides can be sourced through wholesalers as needed.
Chairs are primarily colored grey with some blue-grey and red. All chairs are in good working order.
The winning bidder is purchasing the entire lot of 50.
All chairs are available as-is, where-is, and have no warranties implied.
Important Pickup Information:
These chairs are being stored in a residence hall under construction with access to a loading dock. Proper PPE is required and available if needed. Hard hats, vests, eye protection, long pants, and closed toed shoes required.
Loading is accessible with a box truck. Please plan to bring adequate transportation.
Total weight of all the chairs, combined, is estimated to be approximately 750 lbs.
Due to the nature of the items, local pickup is preferred and highly recommended.
Because of the volume and weight, ground shipping will NOT be an option with this lot.
Turn around is quick, and as such we do not have the time to prepare the lot for LTL freight.
Third party pickups are acceptable as long as it is communicated in advance.

The sale is subject to seller approval based on the final price once the auction has concluded.
Payment MUST be posted to the GovDeals site within 5 days. No exceptions.
The 10-day window allowed for pickup and/or shipping MUST be adhered to. No exceptions.

These items must be paid for in full on or before end of day July 28, 2025.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
