Incorporation by Reference of User Agreement. These User Agreement are specific to this auction and supplement our standard User Agreement applicable to all bidders on our marketplace. You hereby acknowledge and agree to the most recent User Agreement which are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions specific to this auction. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions specific to this auction and our standard User Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall control. Online Sales - Terms and Conditions

 

 

All Bidders and other participants of this service agree they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby.

Dispute Resolution. Reference above to ‘our standard User Agreement’ refers to GovDeals’ User Agreement. All disputes shall be communicated to GovDeals directly.

 

Buyer’s Premium. Property is not subject to a Buyer’s premium for this sale.

Guaranty, Representation, and Warranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”. North Carolina Department of State Treasurer, Unclaimed Property Division (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purposes of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages.

 

Reservation of Rights. Seller reserves the right to reject all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the property listed at any time prior to payment.

Payment. Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Refer to the payment instructions listed on the auction page for complete payment terms and methods. Refer to the Bid Box for any taxes that may be associated with the auction.


 

Shipping. All property will be shipped Federal Express 2-day delivery, signature required, to requested street address. Property will not be shipped to a PO Box or internationally. Seller is responsible for packaging and shipping at Seller’s expense. Seller will strive to ship property within 15 business days after the close of the auction, provided payment in full has been received by Seller. Buyer will receive an email from Federal Express with tracking number to track packages for accurate delivery information.

 

Prohibition on Sales to Employees. Employees of the Seller or GovDeals, along with persons who utilize the same primary, residential address of the employee, may not bid on property listed for this auction.
