This is for the quantity of 2 Skywalk unit and all additional components.

Refer to pictures for All the components

This unit can be cut up and dis-assembled on location, specific Requirements are Required.

This can also be transported off site to your location, specific Requirements are Required.

Recommended to inspect the vehicle prior to placing a Bid.

Inspections are by Appointment, call (216) 420-8109 to schedule an inspection appointment or for additional information.

ALL Assets are offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS ". The City of Cleveland (seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing,
Loading, transportation and exporting.

NOTICE: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Payment is Due September 23, 2025 (Auction #2)

NO EXCEPTIONS - Any Item not paid for may be declared abandoned.

NOTICE: Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Vehicle must be removed before September 30, 2025 (Auction #2)

NO EXCEPTIONS - Any Item not picked up may be declared abandoned.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Removal is by appointment only
