CONDITION: UNTESTED - AS IS -- All units are to be retired, they have not been tested, are not guaranteed to work. Units may have scratch, dent, faded coloring and physical damages. They may be complete or incomplete, parts inside have not been inspected and may be replaced, modified or removed, please bid accordingly.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
• Listings are typically active for 7,10 or 14 days, allowing buyers time to review details and conduct their own research
• Buyers are responsible for researching types, capacities, compatibility, and current market value prior to bidding
• By bidding, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the lot and AS IS nature of the sale

PAYMENT
• Payment required within 5 days of auction close
• Unpaid orders will be relisted and the buyer may be blocked

SHIPPING & REMOVAL
• Shipping or pickup must be completed within 10 days of purchase.
• Local pickup is available by appointment only.
• Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping, insurance, loading, unloading, transit, and any damage or loss, whether or not we assist with packing or palletizing.
• We do not ship items directly. For items that can be safely boxed and shipped, we will pack the item and provide package weight and dimensions so the buyer can supply a prepaid shipping label. We can drop off prepaid packages at USPS or FedEx.
• For larger items that require freight shipment, we may be able to palletize the item upon request. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for freight pickup and transportation.
