The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

This is a large, installed walk-in cooler/freezer system. The successful bidder is responsible for all disconnection, professional disassembly, rigging, removal, loading, and transportation.

The buyer must provide a qualified and properly insured crew to perform all disassembly and removal work. Proof of insurance must be provided to and approved by the seller prior to any work beginning on site.

The buyer is responsible for providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and supervision. The seller will not provide disassembly, rigging, labor, loading assistance, or transportation.

Any damage caused to the building or property during disassembly or removal will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Removal must be coordinated in advance with the seller and performed by appointment only.

The original invoice identifies the equipment as a Kolpak walk-in cooler and a Kolpak walk-in freezer. The equipment was purchased as part of the same project and installed together as a combined warehouse setup.
