Sold as is and where is. Buyer is responsible for all costs, labor, and equipment to remove all items from container. (Container is not for sale)
• Bidders can inspect this BIN prior to bidding. All public inspection is done by appointment only.
• Individuals scheduling appointment will call to confirm appointment and be asked screening questions prior to them arriving. Any yes answers would result in rescheduling appointment.
• No appointment will be allowed in the facility.
• All persons here for these appointments will always maintain social distance and wear masks.
• Any person other than the buyer is required to show and Authorization of Release Form (attached) signed by the buyer and giving permission for the asset to be released.

If the winning bidder will be sending a third party to pick up the asset in their stead, they must fill out the attached Authorization of Release form, along with the Bill of Sale and return it to Lenore Bishop at lbishop@chapelhillnc.gov with a copy of their Driver's License prior to scheduling the removal of this asset.
