INDEMNIFICATION, NEGLIGENCE OF BIDDER OR BUYER: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidder and/or Buyer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Palm Beach State College, its District Board of Trustees, agents, officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs) arising from the acts, errors, mistakes, omissions, work or service of Bidder and/or Buyer, its agents, employees. No technical support will be provided by the College under any circumstances. Sale of this equipment shall be final with no refunds granted. The buyer is responsible for removal and any applicable costs. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE DISTRICT WAREHOUSE BUILDING TO THEIR VEHICLE.
