REMOVAL: All items MUST be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days following the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. ** VEHICLES THAT ARE BEING PICK-UP BY A THIRD PARTY OR AN INDIVIDUAL, OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL BUYER, MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE VEHICLES WILL BE RELEASED: (1) A COPY OF THE BILL OF SALE ISSUED TO THE BUYER BY RANDOLPH COUNTY. (2) A LETTER, SIGNED BY THE BUYER, AUTHORIZING A PROXY PICK-UP OF THE VEHCILE(S). THIS LETTER MUST IDENTIFY, BY NAME, THE THRID PARTY COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL AND THE VEHCILE(S)REQUESTED FOR PICK-UP.
