Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please refer to the load-out document/release note for the site representative details. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / Close of the auction, unless agreed otherwise The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the assets. No Assistance will be provided. The buyer needs to ensure that they have the correct permits and/or SHEQ files required by law prior to dismantling and removal of the assets. Buyers are required to remove all waste plastic, wood, and hazardous materials that form part of the lots that they purchased. Please refer to the conditions in the participation form.

If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
