We have 1 pallet of obsolete/old computers, a rough count of 300 on 1 pallet (all laptops). All hard drives have been removed. Items are damaged. Condition: is unknown, some may or may not work. These are salvage items and good for parts. No cords/accessories included.

All items for sale are used, “as is”, “where is” and may contain defects not immediately detectable. These items have been handled numerous times. All hard drives have been removed. Some items may still be locked. Items will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and can be forklifted onto a truck. A physical inspection is strongly advised to determine actual condition. All sales final. No refunds. All bids offered as if inspection and acceptance of condition have taken place, whether or not a physical inspection has been performed. Buyer is ENTIRELY responsible for organizing, dismantling, removing all items or disposing items, all at the buyer’s expense. Buyers not prepared or willing to take all bided items will not be awarded future sales. Items must be paid for within 5 business days and picked up in 10 business days from the payment date, failing to do so, we may reauction or dispose items without refunds. Failure to make payment will result in a default, a locked account, blocked from future auctions and assessed a fee equal to 40% of your winning bid amount.

Bring to University Services (located at 1128 UNIVERSITY BLVD. NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87102) the following:

1. Winning Certificate/notice
2. Paid Receipt (if paying by wire, please confirm payment has been received by UNM before arrival)
3. Personal identification (such as a driver’s license)
4. At buyers’ own expense, bring proper transportation, personnel, tools, moving equipment, and supplies.

Items can be given to a 3rd party. Buyer in writing needs to authorize a 3rd party to pick up item(s) “as is”, “where is” on your behalf (let us know their full name and provide them the documentation mentioned above). If you’re sending a freight truck, send a BOL and ensure the driver has a pallet jack.

UNM/sender is not responsible or liable for data breaches, any injuries, fees/costs, lost, discarded, damaged or broken auction items that may occur during use/removal/shipment/transport.
