Configurations and condition may vary. Units may have cosmetic damage, missing components, hardware defects, or other operational issues not readily apparent during visual inspection. Some systems may be suitable only for parts, repair, or refurbishment. Inspect before bidding and verify items before removal, as all sales are final upon removal from OSU property.

Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance.
With the exception of the third Tuesday of each month, which is the OSU Public Sale, no pickups or inspections will be allowed on that day.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
