A local jeweler inspected this watch and believes it to be a genuine Cartier Santos style watch. Twenty three jeweled automatic with aftermarket bezel with diamonds. Also has an aftermarket pavee with diamonds in the case and band. Approximant 12 carats of diamonds. The case and band are stainless steel.
