Items may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within the removal period stated on the event page. The Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and work related to the removal of the assets unless otherwise stated and must adhere to the site-specific health and safety requirements. LSI or any of its group of companies does not act as shipper or exporter of record without its express consent. For EU located assets, non-EU buyers need to engage a customs broker / freight forwarder if exporting assets outside of the EU. For UK located assets, non-UK buyers need to engage a customs broker / freight forwarder if exporting assets outside of the UK. If asset is located outside of UK or EU, bidders should adapt clause above accordingly.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
