Last Quarterly Air Quality Sample Test as performed on 05/09/2025 and passed.

The unit was removed from service during the quarterly maintenance service due to a failure of the CO2 monitor. Bauer Compressors does not warranty parts or service for any system beyond 20 years, and therefore aftermarket parts must be used. SeaWestern provided parts list and repair service quote, but the cost and risk of future failures resulted in decision to replace this unit with a new system. With the exception of the CO2 monitoring/alarm, all other features and functions worked as expected when taken out of service on 05/2025.

Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, excluding legal holidays.

Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with agency at least 24 hours in advance.
