BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ITEM IS SOLD TO THEM AS IS, WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS. THE CITY OF COLORADO SPRINGS/UTILITIES HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO. NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, DESIGN, CONDITION, CAPACITY, PERFORMANCE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF SAID ITEM. A PURCHASER OR DISAPPOINTED BIDDER SHALL HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST Colorado Springs Utilities/City of Colorado Springs, ANY OF ITS AGENCIES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All inspections have been permanently suspended.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting Investment Recovery at (719) 668-7630, (719) 668-7628 or investmentrecovery@csu.org. All items must be removed within seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $30.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 7 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Investment Recovery’s hours of operation are 8 AM to 3:PM, Monday - Wednesday, Friday. We are closed on Thursday. These hours exclude Colorado Springs Utilities observed holidays.

We now accept out of state USPS prepaid shipping labels for items that qualify.

Items can be picked up in person by calling (719) 668-7630 or (719) 668-7628 to schedule an appointment, or by using the services of one of the three local pack-n-ship vendors listed below.
