MTA NYC Transit is offering for auction a Lot of 17,238 Fluorescent 55- and 60-WATT bulbs LOT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: (16,755 EA) 55-Watt Fluorescent Lamps (483 EA) 60-Watt Fluorescent Lamps Please see the attached PDF file for more details on quantity and part numbers. Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". MTA NYC Transit makes no guarantee or warranty on any parts or equipment. Condition and quantity are represented to the best of our ability, bid accordingly. No refunds or cancellations. Any questions regarding the units should be directed to us via the questions forum. The winner will be notified when the material is ready for pick up. ***Highest bid is subject to NYCT approval*** Pick up from South Brooklyn, NY Please note that this lot may take more than 14 business days for the parts to be ready for pick up. All items will be consolidated at one warehouse in Brooklyn. The winning bidder will be notified when the items are ready for pickup and the number of pallets. Pickup arrangements are to be made within 10 days of this notification or subject to storage fees, proceeds will be forfeited and / or your account defaulted.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
Entfernung
Purchased material will be released only upon receipt of payment. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
A daily storage fee of $25.00 per day may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed or within the period to which such time may have been extended by the Seller. Bidders’ accounts may also be locked due to failure to follow payment terms or remove the property as specified above.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance from the Seller will be provided.
The Buyer must pick up their items within ten (10) business days. If no action is taken by the deadline, the account will be defaulted and all proceeds will be forfeited without exception.

New York City Transit, NY makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
