The system was removed from a research / laboratory installation and is offered as shown. It appears to be a very well-equipped UHV / MBE evaporation and deposition platform, including e-beam evaporation, hydrogen atom beam source, sample manipulation, substrate heating, ion pumping, turbo pumping, deposition rate monitoring, shutter assemblies, UHV feedthroughs and original control electronics.
