Scienta Omicron / Omicron NanoTechnology Multiprobe MBE System with EBVM 200 Pocket E-Beam Evaporator and Film Thickness Monitor Package.

This is a professional UHV / MBE / thin-film deposition system designed for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum research applications, including evaporation, material deposition, surface science, semiconductor research, and laboratory thin-film processes.

The system was manufactured in 2008 and comes from a professional laboratory environment.

The EBVM 200 e-beam evaporator is a high-value component used for controlled material evaporation in UHV/MBE environments. Together with the film thickness monitor package, the system offers a strong base for thin-film deposition or refurbishment projects.

Condition

The system is offered in used condition.

It has not been fully tested by us. The functional condition is therefore unknown.

The item is sold as-is, as shown in the pictures, without warranty, return, or guarantee. Due to the technical complexity of the equipment, inspection by a qualified technician is recommended before use.

This system may require installation, calibration, servicing, or missing consumables/accessories before operation.
