This auction is for a Case 90XT Skid Steer Loader previously used by the Grand Junction Housing Authority in Grand Junction, Colorado. The unit is being sold as surplus and includes three attachments.

The engine starts and runs, however the machine smokes heavily on startup and typically clears after approximately 10 to 20 minutes of run time. There are several known issues including leaking hydraulic couplers, possible leaks from the chain cases, and an engine oil leak that appears to be coming from either the oil pan or front main seal. Engine oil is noted to be very dark and thick. The hour meter reads 4,081 hours.
