The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to loading, transportation and exporting.

Local pickup is by appointment only. The pickup location is what is shown on Bill of Sale or Lot ID listing.

For all shipping, buyer must submit a shipping request after purchase.

For standard shipping, buyer must provide a prepaid label once the all package dimensions are provided. We accept UPS, USPS, and FedEx labels.

For freight shipping, the buyer must book their own shipment. When the buyer books their own shipment, they must sign and provide an Authorization of Release and a copy of their Buyer’s Certificate to us and their driver.

All items must be picked-up / removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

**** WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY****

Buyer MUST contact seller for exact location of property to schedule removal. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any buyer who wishes to pick up their items in person at our facility must show their photo ID at the time of pickup. We will NOT release the items to anyone other than the person named and the address shown on the bill of sale.

***For general purposes, the following policy is included on all auction listings but may not apply to all listings. Shipping is a courtesy. Please contact seller to determine what packaging and shipping options are available, if any. Please provide a PDF for the BOL for freight shipments or a PDF of the prepaid label for FedEx Ground or Home Delivery or USPS for smaller items.****

The Buyer is responsible for arranging freight carrier pickups. The Seller will not arrange freight shipments. All freight charges MUST be PREPAID.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 5 working days may be subject to forfeiture. Please contact before 5 business days from the time and data of the close of the auction for special arrangements.
