PLEASE NOTE: Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Once payment is received, a Zoho Sign or DocuSign email will be sent to the buyer with the below listed forms. Buyer must complete the digital signature process prior to scheduling pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Buyer Certificate - Buyer must sign the Buyer Certificate received via email via Zoho Sign or DocuSign. If the certificated is not presented by the buyer or third party at the time of removal, the item(s) will not be release. No Exceptions.

Loading Assistance Waiver - All buyers must complete, initial, sign the completed waiver via Zoho Sign or DocuSign.

Authorization of Release Form - Any buyer planning to send a third party for removal will need to fill out and sign Authorization of Release Form via Zoho Sign or DocuSign along with a signed Bill of Sale and a copy of their driver's license or government identification card via email. No exceptions..

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Pick up times are between 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
