Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. A paid receipt and PHOTO ID of the buyer will be required at time of pick up. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. If buyer is sending an authorized agent to pick up the item the buyer must file this third party release letter along with a copy of their PHOTO ID. third party release letter can be found with vehicle photos. The authorized agent of the buyer will need a paid receipt and a PHOTO ID for the item to be released to them.

Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
