Property Removal Requirements

Property may be removed by appointment only, and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property.

No assistance will be provided on-site.

Bidders will be locked unless prior arrangements have been made for any item not removed within the allowed ten (10) business days.

Shipping and Freight Options

Shipping and freight shipping are available upon request.

The Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.

The Seller agrees to wrap, palletize, or package items when feasible to assist with freight pickup coordination.

Buyers must provide all carrier information and schedule freight collection within the designated removal window.

Pickup Availability

Pickup is by appointment only.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required before arrival.

Items are available for pickup after 5 PM Monday through Friday or 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends.

Special circumstances can be accommodated with prior approval.
