Equipment and batteries upgraded, these are no longer needed. Still operational and holding charge. Removed from service 2025 and sitting in dry climate controlled storage since then.
It is currently palletized and can be prepared for freight shipment arranged by the auction winner. A forklift is available on site to assist with loading onto a trailer or truck for transport or freight.

- Scheduling & Hours: Inspections are highly flexible and available seven (7) days a week to tailor to your needs. All inspections must be scheduled in advance by emailing auctions@miltonsurplus.com. While we make every effort to work with bidders, we cannot guarantee accommodation for all requested inspection times. If your requested time is unavailable, we will provide the next best available date and time.
- Deadlines: Bidders may schedule inspections up until the active auction ends. Post-auction inspections are not permitted.
- On-Site Guidelines: During an inspection, bidders are welcome to come onto the property to thoroughly inspect assets under the direct supervision of a Milton Surplus field representative. However, no inspection assistance will be provided by Milton Surplus.
- Revocation of Privileges: Milton Surplus reserves the right to revoke inspection privileges for any bidder at any time, at our sole discretion.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
- Standard Terms: Payment is due within five (5) business days of auction closure. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be subject to platform limits. When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location. For tax exemptions, please utilize Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
- Payment Accommodations: If you are experiencing trouble completing your payment for any reason, please contact us at auctions@miltonsurplus.com to discuss the matter. We will try our best to work with you to reach an agreement on a revised payment timeline that caters to both parties. While we will make accommodations where Milton Surplus deems necessary, we cannot guarantee accommodation for everyone or every circumstance.

- Scheduling Protocol: Removal can only be scheduled after payment is fully processed. To schedule a pickup, contact auctions@miltonsurplus.com. We will make our best effort to accommodate requested dates and times; however, we cannot ensure all requests will be met. The next best option will be provided if denied.
- Removal Timeline & Flexibility: Assets must be removed no later than ten (10) days from auction closure. If issues arise, contact us immediately. We will attempt to work with you to ensure fair terms are met, but Milton Surplus cannot guarantee accommodations for late removal.
- Release Documentation: The winning bidder will receive a Bill of Sale upon Milton Surplus receiving payment. The bidder must bring two (2) printed copies of this Bill of Sale to the pickup appointment to be signed by both the bidder and the Milton Surplus representative.
- Proxy Removal: Proxy pickups are permitted. The original bidder must provide written authorization from the communication method registered on their GovDeals account, explicitly stating who is allowed to pick up the asset on their behalf. The proxy must present a valid Photo ID upon arrival. Milton Surplus reserves the right to deny proxy access to the property at our sole discretion.
- Loading Assistance & Liability Waiver: Loading assistance may be provided by Milton Surplus on-site; however, this is strictly at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse assistance to any bidders at any time. Bidders must sign a liability waiver prior to receiving assistance, relieving Milton Surplus of any liability for damages or losses occurring to the asset during pickup. While some tools may be available on-site, we strongly encourage buyers to arrive fully prepared with their own equipment. The means of assistance can be discussed via email during scheduling.
- Shipping & Freight (When Applicable): For assets where shipping is explicitly stated as an option, Milton Surplus can assist in preparing items for commercial shippers (arranged and scheduled by the bidder). Disclaimer: We are not professional shippers and cannot guarantee assets are packed properly to avoid damage. We accept absolutely zero liability for assets damaged or lost in transit. Preparation fees may apply if the asset requires packing beyond how it was displayed in the listing; such fees will be agreed upon prior to preparation and billing.
- Vehicles & Safe Removal: We highly encourage all vehicles and trailers be appropriately towed or trailered off the property, as they may not be road-worthy. We do not condone the removal of assets by unsafe or illegal means violating local public law. Milton Surplus reserves the right to deny the removal of any asset if unsafe or illegal methods are attempted.
- Titles & Mail Documentation: For assets with documentation (Titles, Certificates of Origin), documents will be mailed to the original bidder using the information on their Buyer's Certificate after the asset is removed. To request an address/name change, you must contact auctions@miltonsurplus.com prior to asset removal. We reserve the right to deny change requests, defaulting to the original bidder. We provide tracking and a receipt, but hold zero responsibility for documents lost in the mail after leaving our possession. Requests for extra mail protections (insurance, certified mail) must be discussed via email, may incur a fee, and can be denied at our discretion in favor of standard tracked mail.

- Accuracy & Professional Assessment: Information posted to the auction listing is accurate to the best of Milton Surplus’s knowledge, and we attempt to describe and display assets as accurately as possible. However, we are not professionals in the fields of the items we sell and cannot be expected to make professional assessments regarding their condition, functionality, or operability. We do not provide prescriptive condition details or functional guarantees. Buyers must rely strictly on their own inspections and their own assessments of the auction photographs and descriptions.
- Finality of Sale: Upon the signature of the Bill of Sale and the removal of assets from Milton Surplus property, all sales are final.
