Location of items: outside - on roof of boiler room building. Building is 2 stories tall. There is a 15ft tall wall on roof that buyer must lift the item over. See photos
Condition of items: In service and working when hospital closed 4/15/25. When we took photos 4/29/26 one fan on each unit was blowing. Sold as is where is. Photos on this auction are of the actual item you will receive.

How is the lot packaged? No packaging. Seller will disconnect any hard-wired electrical lines. Bidder is responsible for any other disconnects. Bidder must lift off roof and onto a trailer. Located on roof of 2 story boiler room building. See photos -- there is an approximately 15ft tall wall on top of building that you must lift the item over. .

Any other information on these items? This is connected to building infrastructure. This building has closed and infrastructure is gradually being taken out of service, disconnected, and sold. The city's buildings department will disconnect the electrical lines. Buyer is responsible for all other aspects of de-installation, removal, and loading onto a trailer. There is plenty of room to pull a truck and trailer up to the side of building very close to the cooling tower. See photos.

The main gate to facility is locked. Buyers should enter the 13th street gate between the hospital and Arbor View apartments. Enter the gate on the Right and follow the OCP signs with Green arrow to the loading dock.

1: copy of buyer's photo ID
2: copy of buyer certificate (buyer receives this by email when they win the auction)
