**The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers. **NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT.

After setting up pickup, to release your items to a third party, we need the following items(once I receive these I will contact the shipper):

1. A release form that you need to completely fill out, sign and return.

2. A copy of your picture ID.

Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes.
