Items may be missing parts or need repairs. Only items described herein are included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Pickup and inspection hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 3 pm EST. Pickups and inspections can be scheduled by emailing Melinda Adams at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. Our schools and offices will be closed October 9-10, 2025 and no inspections or pick-ups will be scheduled these days. Winning bidder must pay for and pick up assets within 10 days of auction close.
