If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent in prior to any removal arrangements being made.

To ensure a smooth seller/buyer transfer of assets, we ask that in addition to the signed Authorization of Release document, you return a signed bill of sale and a photocopy of a government issued identification to bill.smith@herndon-va.gov

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
