4)The seller will accommodate the buyers vehicle transporter to the best of the sellers ability. Pickup is generally available 24/7 with prior arrangements.

5) Winning bidder must make payment electronically through GovDeals.

6) Winning bidder will not be allowed to view the vehicle prior to submitting payment.

7) Payment in full is due not later than FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of the close of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the bidder being in default.

8) The vehicle must be removed within TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate unless other arrangements are made.
