Inspection. At this time, limited inspections are available Inspection dates will be in the item description. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Our items are sold as is, where is, with responsibility to the buyer to pick up.

Removal. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! See below. Bidder will be turned away if no appointment is scheduled for pick ups.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Forsyth County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

You MUST make an appointment in order to pick up the item. Pickup days are ONLY on Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:30am-1:30pm. You will need to pick up the Bill of Sale or Title at the procurement office. You must make an appointment 48 hours in advance. Addresses will be disclosed when scheduling pick up.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
