Buyer is responsible for removal and securing the load, but is not allowed to perform any work while on site. Assistance will be provided for the load out, and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours' notice to schedule pickup of the awarded item and facilitate scheduling at our facility.
Schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00 AM ET and no later than 3:00 PM ET (lunch is 12:00PMto 12:30 PM)
Please note that the picture(s) may be part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable
representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended.
The buyer is expected to bring all necessary equipment (trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dollies,
tools, etc.) to load and remove the equipment safely. Round Rock ISD is unable to supply equipment or
manpower to assist with removal

sent to surplus@roundrockisd.org before any item will be released for shipment.
Pick-up is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm ONLY.

If you are the winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to the address on your bill of sale.
Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
Appointment is REQUIRED to pick up items. Buyer should call 512-464-6977 or 512-464-6960 to schedule an appointment.
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Removal: Item must be paid within 5 business days from the time and date of lot ended
issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
