Yes, the vehicle can be started and you can sit inside it. Please come to the RDCK Lakeside Office (202 Lakeside Dr, Nelson BC V1L 6B9) on Tuesday July 21 between 10AM -2PM to view the vehicle. When arriving at the RDCK office, please contact the RDCK office reception and ask for Mark for assistance.
