Happy Holidays
Due to renovations about to take place, at the Montgomery College-Rockville Library, I have some library furniture here for sale.
I have 11 shelves, n DVD/CD metal shelves ailed to the wall, at our 2nd floor location (you must bring tools to unscrew them)
3 in our first floor, and in our MT building
And I have 20 book cases in our third floor.
15+ Student Desks
1 square, wooden coffee desk
12 Pink Cushion Conference Chairs
2 Square Cafe tables and 10 matching chairs
3 large floor fans
I also have some tables and chairs for sale (the computers in the pics, are not for sale).
Everything being sold, as shown in the pics. If you are interested, they are being sold at a good price, all together.
Please be prepared to pay for movers, to come and pick them and, load into their Trucks/vans.
Also, the books in the pictures, are not being sold with the shelves and, bonus, you get a small wooden chair with this deal.
These pieces of furniture, can be useful for any locations (libraries, offices, homes, fire stations, classrooms, etc)

SALES TAX

Entfernung
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. For additional information, please see contact below for any questions. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
