{INSPECTION} Most items offered for sale are used and contain defects not immediately detected. All items are sold as is with no warranty or guarantee. Bidders are encouraged and welcome to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times when indicated to the item described. {REMOVAL} All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of receiving the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, dismantling (if applicable), and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. With larger items, we have a fork lift to assist on loading items. We {Ben Hill County} is not responsible for any damage to item or items loaded and not responsible for what the items are loaded on. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday excluding county observed holidays and weekends. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within 10 business days of winning bid.
