This lot consists of one (1) flammable materials storage cabinet. The cabinet has been marked as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and cosmetic wear. Observed wear is primarily in the form of scratches, scuffs, and areas of peeling paint consistent with regular service use.

The cabinet is constructed of metal and features two (2) front-opening doors providing access to the storage compartment. The interior contains one (1) adjustable shelf as well as the cabinet base, allowing for two levels of storage. The cabinet also features a built-in locking mechanism; however, no key is included with this lot, and the lock has not been tested.

Ventilation ports are present on both sides of the cabinet. One ventilation opening is located near the bottom of the left side panel, while the second is located near the top of the right side panel.

The cabinet was manufactured by Eagle and carries model number 1932. The manufacturer's labeling indicates a storage capacity of 30 gallons. This cabinet does not feature an automatic self-closing door mechanism. The doors must be manually opened and closed.
