If you are seeking sales tax removal, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). This must be completed before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool for Out of State Vehicle Buyers. You will be provided two forms to bring to Seller that will be signed upon removal.

REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Buyer is responsible for removal and is not allowed to perform any work while on Site. Assistance will be provided for load out and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours' notice prior to scheduling pick-up of awarded item in order to facilitate scheduling at our facility. This site is on a 4x10's schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00AM PT and no later than 2:30PM PT (lunch is 11:25AM to 12:05PM). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
Security Requirements: The assets are located on a Department of Energy Site. In order to get badged, an individual MUST be a U.S. Citizen and have Real ID or Passport. The individual MUST be wearing long pants and have a pair of work boots (steel toe is not required). We supply a vest, hard hat and safety glasses to be worn while on site (unless an individual can provide his or her own). No alcohol, drugs, firearms, knife blades over 4", additional riders, or animals are allowed on site.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Bechtel National Inc.- Hanford WTP, WA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
