If yes, do you have service records? Is the software/license transferable to the new owner? What version of the software/firmware is installed? Has the unit been used by a municipality, contractor, or private owner? Are there any known issues, repairs needed, or missing parts? To the best of my knowledge, the unit was operational when last used. The transmitter (TX), receiver (RX), charger, batteries, carrying/accessory bag, and standard accessories are included. I do not have current battery runtime information; however, I received a service estimate from InfoSense a few years ago recommending: diagnostic inspection ($130), battery testing ($160), possible refurbished battery replacement ($160 each), firmware upgrade ($775), post-repair testing ($130), and return shipping ($375). The unit was never sent in, so I cannot confirm current firmware/software version, exact battery condition, or license transferability. The unit was previously used in a contractor environment. No recent calibration or additional service records are available beyond the InfoSense correspondence. The unit is sold as-is.
