⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.

⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping.

⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items.

⭐ IF the Buyer arranges their own shipping, there will be a materials/handling FEE of $50.00 PER PALLETor LOT. Additional fees will be applied if boxes are requested ... $5.00 per box and $50.00 per Gaylord.

* Items must be removed within 10 days from auction end (or your account could be locked).

* Most of these have 4GB Memory with 128 GB Hard Drive (but we did not check each one)

* These are working laptops and are being replaced because of age.

* We were told hard drives have all been WIPED, NOT REMOVED, but THESE WERE NOT CHECKED by Surplus Department.

* If you would like to inspect this lot prior to bidding, you MUST schedule an appointment to do so.

* NO TESTING was done by the Surplus Dept on the items listed.
