The buyer is responsible for loading and removing pieces of equipment. The buyer is expected to bring all of the necessary equipment (trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, etc…) to safely load and remove the equipment. The Massachusetts Port Authority is currently unable to supply equipment or manpower to assist with removal. Buyers must give 24-hour notice prior to picking up a piece of equipment. No viewing. Sold as is!

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
