Property Description: The property consists of a vacant parcel roughly 2.7 acres in area and is zoned LI. This property abuts two (2) roadways: George Washington Highway & Lidia Ann Road. The property is being sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees.

Smithfield, RI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove parcels from the sale and reject any bids submitted.

Winning bidder is responsible for: closing costs, recording costs, deed transfer, and Administrative Fee of (7.50%).
