2021 BFK X1 Six Shooter Concrete Reclaimer / 1 to 6 Truck Operation with 1/4 to 1/2 yard per minute.
Shroud Assembly:
1/4" plate and structural steel housing weldment, manufactured for right or left hand sand discharge.
Infeed hopper is 3' x 4' wide approx. 1/2 cubic yard capacity with adjustable slide gates over infeed auger to regulate feed rate into cylinder.
11 gauge bolt n covers for ease of access to to all internal assemblies and components.
Main pipe header is 3" with appropriate outlets to direct water flow to all critical locations for ease of cleaning materials.
Rotor nozzles equipped with removable plugs for ease of clean out.
8" dia. drain box.
Rotor Assembly:
Weldment/Assembly with infeed auger, screen section with a 2" dia. machined shafting mounted on single 4" pipe shaft.
Infeed auger is 8" dia. half pitch AR steel flighting.
Allows to controlled feed into the rotary screen as to minimize overfeeding.
21" dia. x 4' long Rotary screen has a 1/4" square opening with 14 gauge steel wire.
3 hp / 230 / 460v / 3PH direct drive gearmotor.
Front bushing assembly, machined UHMW bushing (eliminates bearing and seal issues)
Sand Screw Assembly:
12' dia. x 6' long auger with half pitch AR steel complete with 2" dia. machined shafting.
3 hp / 230 / 460 / 3 PH direct drive gearmotor.
Lower bushing assembly, machined UHMW (eliminates bearing and seal issues)
Control Panel:
230 / 460 VAC / 3 PH with manual on / off functions
Includes main disconnect. motor starter with fuses and integral wiring for reclaimer operation.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
