Helicopter and Engine were preserved on 19 DEC 2023.  Helicopter was used for research and development under an Experimental Airworthiness Certificate.  One set of ground handling wheels included. Aircraft is ineligible for flight and will need to be removed by truck. Blades have been removed and are in transport creates.

Inspections are by Appointment Only. Bid Deposit must be received prior to inspecting the Helicopter. Must be able to pass background check to gain access to the installation. Real ID or passport will be required to gain access. Please use the Questions & Answers tool to request an onsite inspection. This aircraft is being sold As Is/Where Is.
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Invoice – Invoice will be provided to the winning buyer after the bid amount has been accepted
Payment will be due to Seller within 5 business days of receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer is the only form of payment that will be accepted. Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
Sales Tax – Where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
Tax Exemption – Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Removal to commence ONLY after the following conditions have been met:
- Payment received in full by wire transfer
- Upon confirmation of receipt of full payment, Seller will file the Bill of Sale and Aircraft Registration Application with the FAA.
- Buyer will accept delivery of the aircraft from the seller at the delivery location
- Buyer and Seller authorize Seller to register the sale of the Airframe (and engine if applicable) on the International Registry as a Sale
Being the unit is not air worthy, the buyer will need to come onsite to truck it out.
