The current zoning is MG, which does not permit residential. A zone change is possible, as there is adjacent residential, but not at all a sure thing as the direct neighbor is manufacturing. There are currently 6 bathrooms, 2-upstairs and 4 downstairs. It's a very desirable neighborhood for residential, but the adjacency to manufacturing could make that a very big lift, just to be upfront about that. 03/07/2026 15:40:23 PM
